Join us as we read another great original piece by local Playwright Walt McGough. A very funny play that also has something to say. Please come help us give this new work life.
ALSO in the mix, an informal announcement what our next production, coming in the Summer of 2011, will be. If you want to know, please come and ask us. We'll tell you in person.
About the Show
Brenna's been depressed since Paul disappeared, but when she tries to end it all, she is rudely interrupted by a lightning bolt. Now she can't stop channeling the Internet and she?s feeling kind of buzzy, and has new will to find Paul. She turns to Paul's sister, Gale, for help, but Gale's handling Paul's disappearance in her own interesting way. Both women, an anti-Tech cult, the FBI, and the Internet itself will be involved before it's over, and the city will never be the same. An explosive comedy about how we connect when we?re always connected, PAPER CITY PHOENIX explores what's left when the universe hits the delete key.
