Menu Options:

Option 1: Tuscan Pasta platter- Pesto tossed cheese tortellinis over mixed greens with fresh buffalo mozzerella, red onions, grape toms, roasted peppers , balsamic eggplant....etc with a sundried tomato viniagrette.

Option 2: Chicken Walnut and Fruit Salad platter- Grilled chicken teriyaki over mixed greens topped with wanuts and crispy noodles, surrounded by mandarin orange, shredded snow peas, and grapes. Served with a tasty honey ginger dressing.

Option 3: Mexican Chicken Fajita Wraps- Cool baja lime marinaded chicken tenderloins over peppers, onions and fajita sauce. Served with tortillas, guacamole, cheese, sour cream, pico de gallo, red bean rice and house salsa.

Option 4: BBQ Chicken Dinner- cold boneless bbq chicken breast and a few wings slathered in our house beer b-q- sauce , served with creamy sundried cranberry cole slaw, corn bread,fruit wedges.

Option 5: Blackened Salmon, or Swordfish Caesar Salad- mixed with home made dressing and toasted croutons. Topped with roasted pepper and parmesan cheese
